Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Standard – Blended Course

Be ready to help when it matters most.
Mental Health First Aid is an internationally recognized training program developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada. This course equips you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognize the signs of mental health challenges, offer initial support, and guide someone toward appropriate professional help.

Our Standard, Blended format combines self-paced online learning with an interactive virtual or in-person session led by a certified instructor. This flexible approach ensures you can learn at your own pace while still benefiting from real-time practice and discussion.

Whether you are a workplace or community leader, volunteer, or caring family member, this training will prepare you to:

  • Recognize the signs and symptoms of common mental health challenges
  • Respond effectively to someone experiencing a crisis
  • Offer reassurance and guide them toward professional and community supports
